I. General Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable software and other digitally delivered technical products, returns and exchanges are not offered.
All products available on LitePLUGIN.com are supplied as digital software products, including WordPress plugins, WooCommerce plugins, code snippets, and similar technical deliverables. Customers are expected to review product descriptions, features, requirements, and compatibility information carefully before making a purchase.
II. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer.
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or made available for use, or
- the product is demonstrably defective, corrupted, or materially incomplete, and the issue cannot be resolved by a fix, update, replacement, or reasonable workaround
Refunds will not be granted for issues that:
- can be resolved through basic troubleshooting or standard setup
- relate to WordPress configuration, hosting environment, server limitations, or third-party software
- relate to compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, services, or custom code, unless compatibility was expressly promised on the product page
- are caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or unauthorised alteration
- result from incorrect assumptions or expectations about features or functionality that were clearly described on the product page
- are based on personal preference, change of mind, or no longer needing the product
For clarity, delivery is considered fulfilled once access to the files, download link, or other delivery method has been provided to the customer.
III. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time after the claim has been reviewed and verified.
IV. Verification Process
Before approving a refund based on a reported issue, the Seller reserves the right to investigate and verify the claim.
To assist with that review, the customer may be asked to:
- provide a clear description of the issue
- confirm relevant environment details, such as WordPress version, active plugins, theme, or hosting setup
- provide screenshots, logs, error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue
- enable reasonable debugging measures, where appropriate
- provide access to a test environment or similar diagnostic setup, where reasonably necessary
A refund request may be declined if:
- the issue cannot be reproduced
- the product is functioning substantially as described
- the issue is caused by configuration, environment, hosting, server limitations, or third-party conflicts
- the issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, services, or custom modifications
- the issue has already been resolved or can reasonably be resolved
- the customer does not provide sufficient information reasonably required to investigate the claim
