Licence Overview

All products on LitePlugin.com are built for real-world use: lightweight, privacy-friendly, and free from unnecessary bloat. Please read this licence carefully to understand what you can (and cannot) do with both plugins and code snippets.

Plugins

Single-Domain Licence

Each plugin purchased from LitePlugin.com is licensed for use on one (1) domain name only.

  • You may use the plugin on a single website (domain) that you own or directly manage.
  • If you wish to use the same plugin on additional domains, a separate licence must be purchased for each domain.

Transferability

  • You can transfer your licence if you move your website to a new domain—just deactivate the plugin on the old domain before activating it on the new one.
  • Licence sharing, reselling, or distributing the plugin file to others is not allowed.

Modifications

  • You are welcome to modify the plugin code to suit your specific needs, provided these changes are for your licensed domain.
  • Modified versions of the plugin may not be sold, rebranded, or redistributed as a new product.

Updates and Support

  • Updates: Lifetime updates are included at no extra cost. You will be notified of new versions when they are available.
  • Support: Basic support is provided for paid plugins. Custom installation or configuration services may be available on request.

Snippets

Free and Open Use

All code snippets published on LitePlugin.com are completely free to use, share, and modify for any purpose—personal, commercial, educational, or experimental.

What You Can Do:

  • Copy, paste, and use snippets in your own projects (themes, plugins, client sites, etc.).
  • Modify snippets to better fit your needs.
  • Share snippets with others, including posting them on your blog, social media, forums, or code repositories.

What’s Required:

  • When sharing a snippet publicly, you must mention LitePlugin.com as the original source so others can find the latest version and updates.
  • You may not sell snippets as part of a commercial product or bundle without prior permission.

No Restrictions:

  • There are no limits on the number of sites or projects you use snippets with.
  • No registration, licensing keys, or activation required.

Legal and Fair Use

  • This licence is meant to be fair and keep things simple.
  • Abuse (reselling, sharing paid plugins, misrepresenting ownership, or bundling code without credit) may result in loss of access or support.
